What the Agency plan includes
The Agency plan is our largest shared SSD plan. It gives you room for many sites on one account:
- Websites: 25
- Email accounts: unlimited (fair usage applies)
- SSD storage: high-performance SSD hosting, under fair usage
Every hosting platform has a finite amount of processing power and memory, shared fairly between accounts. That's what fair usage covers. It keeps one account from slowing down everyone else. Normal websites sit comfortably inside it: business sites, blogs, portfolios, and small stores, even dozens of them on one plan. Our acceptable use policy sets out the terms. See acceptable use
Who it suits
- Agencies and freelancers who host client sites alongside their own
- Small businesses running a main site plus separate shop, campaign, or brand sites
- Anyone who wants to add a new site or mailbox without checking an allowance first
If you host sites for paying clients and want your own branding on the control panel and invoices, Reseller Hosting is built for that. See reseller hosting

What are the limits on the Agency plan?
The plan includes 25 websites. Email accounts have no fixed count, and SSD storage is provided under fair usage. Processing power and memory are shared fairly across the platform, and our acceptable use policy explains the terms. Typical websites stay well inside them.
What happens if my site uses too many resources?
Open a ticket and we'll look at what's using the resources with you. Often it's a plugin or script that can be fixed. If a site has simply grown, Cloud Hosting gives it a much larger allocation.
Can I host client websites on the Agency plan?
You can host sites you build and manage for others. The account stays in your name, and clients don't get their own control panel. If you want to give each client a separate login and sell hosting under your own brand, Reseller Hosting is the better fit.
How much does the Agency plan cost?
The Agency plan's price is pulled live from our billing system in US dollars. You pay one price for the plan for up to 25 sites, within fair usage. Check the renewal price alongside the first-term price before you choose a billing cycle.
How is this different from Business Hosting?
Business Hosting covers three websites and 20 mailboxes. The Agency plan raises that to 25 websites with unlimited email accounts. Choose Business for a company site or two, and Agency when you run many sites.
