Where to check
Open the public status page whenever something looks wrong across many sites or services.
stackstatus.com lists current incidents and maintenance. If your own site or email is affected and nothing is listed, open a support ticket so we can check your account.
If your site is down
- Check system status. Visit stackstatus.com for open incidents.
- Rule out local issues. Try another device or network, and confirm your domain and hosting renewals in the client area.
- Report it. Open a support ticket with your domain name, what you see, and when it started.
What to put in your report
The more specific your ticket, the faster we can narrow it down.
- The domain or service affected
- The exact error message, or a screenshot
- When it started, and whether it is constant or intermittent
- What you changed recently, such as a plugin update or DNS edit
System Status questions
Is ResellerBytes down right now?
Check the announcements page for any recent notice about your service. If there's nothing there and your site or email isn't working, open a support ticket so our team can check your account and the server it runs on.
How do I report an outage?
Open a support ticket with your domain name, what you see and when it started. You don't need to be logged in to open one, but logging in to the client area first links the ticket to your account.
Is there a live status dashboard?
Not yet. For now, service notices go on the announcements page, and anything affecting your own site is best reported in a ticket.
Problem not listed?
Open a ticket with your domain name and what you're seeing, and our team will look into it.
